Well you are in the right place!  TalkHealthy2Me.com provides information that will help you improve, not only your longevity (lifespan), but more importantly, your health-span.  Your health-span is how long you remain healthy—not just alive!  


What I’ve learned is that there are several controllable factors that influence both your life span and health span by holistically  engaging the: 

  • Body through improved diet and exercise (movement),
  • Mind through learning, reading, and exploring things that interest you, and
  • Spirit through articles and practices that calm you, move you, make you smile, or even laugh.

The goal of TalkHealthy2Me.com is to provide a supportive palette of health-span tips, information, and tools in that increase your chances for a longer life & health-span.  We believe in small steps, rather than radical changes, so chose what content interests you.
